The hip beach party that comes to you!

Our company event ‘BEACHCLUB 2GO’ is a mobile summer beach party world that can be built anywhere you like. With delicious summer specialities, cold drinks, beach decorations and fine sand under your feet, you can bring that real beach feeling right to your door.

We serve your party guests ice-cold drinks and fine summer specialities such as beef brisket sandwiches, salmon grilled in a paper parcel, fresh vegetables from the coals, Turkish baked potatoes loaded with a selection of fillings and various modern salads from authentic, fully-equipped beach stalls. The HOT & COLD SWEETS beach stall is reserved for sweet temptations. Here, your party guests can enjoy Tahitian vanilla ice cream with raspberry smash, which is made on the spot, or BBQ banana boats filled with melting mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. All food is prepared and served in front of guests by our cooks.

Indoor & Outdoor

Our beach shacks are built of solid wood; thanks to their practical wheels, they can be positioned quickly and easily. Their fabric roofs can be custom-built for a small fee.

Our ‘BEACHCLUB 2GO’ non-food equipment package includes everything you need to create a genuine beach party atmosphere. As well as summer decorations and fully-equipped wooden market stalls, we also supply classic beach furniture and premium-quality decorations that give conjure up a hip beach club feel.

The special highlight is the 16 m² sand box. Here, you can enjoy a game on the beach with colleagues, cold drink in hand, or you can simply relax in a hanging chair, whilst feeling the fine sand under your feet.

Non-food equipment package

    Beach stalls
    Our wooden market stalls are fully stocked with the right kitchen equipment and required utensils. The basic package for up to 150 people consists of five summer market stalls: BBQ @ THE BEACH, KUMPIR & FRIENDS, FRESH GREENSTUFF, HOT & COLD SWEETS and COOL DRINKS.

    Dishware and cutlery
    This specially assembled set of dishware and cutlery for 100 people has everything: coconut cups, all of the glasses required, high-quality disposable palm-leaf bowls and wooden cutlery, and napkins.

    Furnishings
    A sandy beach and authentic beach furniture are part of every beach club. Our furnishings package includes a 16 m2 sand box with a wooden frame, oil drum tables and beer sets.

    Décor
    Our premium-quality ‘beach party’ décor package conjures up that real beach feeling in no time, with stylish décor elements and surf boards, as well as hip neon colours. This also includes real classic games that aren’t just for decoration, such as beach ping-pong that is popular among old and young alike, or ladder golf.

    Fire-protection package for event areas
    Consists of fire extinguisher and fire blanket.

Personnel service, event equipment, rental furnishings and décor

Our staff are trained and friendly

From the kitchen staff to the servers, we work exclusively with qualified hired staff and can ensure that your guests are served flawlessly and in accordance with international service regulations.

Tableware with dishware, glasses and cutlery

Use our reasonably priced rental flat rates for dishware and glasses, as well as the required eating utensils. We provide everything you need for your catering order. A cleaning service is included in the rental price.

Table linens, slipcovers, napkins and table skirts

Fine fabrics, elegant tablecloths and napkins with matching chair covers always make for a particularly stylish atmosphere. Our affordable rental flat rates for table linens include a cleaning service.

Buffet furnishings, bar systems and seating groups

Vintage, modern or classic - everyone’s taste is different. As one of the top ten furnishers in Germany (2017 BlachReport-Ranking), we have a comprehensive range of event furniture and equipment.

Professional kitchen appliances and refrigerators

We provide an extensive range of kitchen equipment, appliances and refrigerators - because the freshness and processing of food is a must for great flavour and taste.
